We are looking for you with a university degree and perhaps a few years of work experience. Preferably from the banking and finance industry. It does not matter if you are an economist, lawyer, political scientist or have some other basic education as long as you have a genuine interest in communication issues and a selling personality.

First and foremost, you must be a dazzling communicator and writer. A degree in media and communication science is beneficial but not a requirement at all.
